Returns & Refunds
What we’ll fix
We’ll reprint, replace, or refund at our expense if:

The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective on arrival.

You received the wrong item, size, or color compared to your order confirmation.

The package is lost in transit.
Deadline: Report any of the above within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from the estimated delivery date for lost parcels). Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
In quality/fulfillment error cases, our manufacturers typically reprint or refund without requiring you to ship the item back.
Exchanges & buyer’s remorse

Made-to-order policy: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of color/feel, or general fit.

One-time size relief: If the size isn’t right, email us within 14 days and we’ll send a one-time 25% discount code to re-order the same item in a different size. (No physical return required.)
Conditions & exclusions

Items must be unworn and unwashed when you report an issue (trying on is OK).

Color variance: Minor color/placement variance inherent to on-demand printing/embroidery isn’t considered a defect.

Final-sale items: Gift cards and limited edition items are final sale.

Cancellations: Orders begin production quickly; we can usually honor changes/cancellations within 2 hours of purchase—email us ASAP.
Address issues, returns to sender & unclaimed parcels

Wrong/insufficient address entered at checkout: if a package returns to our producer, we can reship to a corrected address for the actual reship postage. (Reprints/refunds aren’t available for address errors.)

Unauthorized returns: Please do not mail items back without approval; our facilities may refuse or dispose/donate unapproved returns after a hold period.
International orders

Import duties/taxes: These may be collected by your local carrier/government and are not refundable by ZURC1.

If an international parcel is refused or unclaimed due to duties, we can reship (postage applies) after it returns to the facility.
How to start a claim
Email customersupport@zurc1.com within 14 days with:

Order number & full name

Photos of the issue (entire item + close-ups)

For lost packages: confirm the shipping address and that you’ve checked with neighbors/household.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the next step (reprint, replacement, or refund).
