Eligibility

  • Orders under $100
    • Full refund if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
    • For undamaged items, you may return for a 75% refund of the purchase price.

  • Orders over $100
    • Please contact our Customer Service team before initiating a return.
    • We review these on a case-by-case basis to ensure the fastest, fairest resolution.


General Conditions

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags/labels intact).

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., clearance/final sale, intimate wear, custom designs). Any such items will be clearly marked at checkout.


How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will reply with step-by-step shipping instructions.

  3. Once your return is received and processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your refund details.
