Returns & Exchanges
At ZURC1, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
-No stains, odors, heavy lint/pet hair, or damage
-Tags (if included) should still be attached
Once approved, you can choose:
-Refund to your original payment method, or
-Store credit (if you prefer)
Size Exchanges (We’ll Help You Get the Right Fit)
We know sizing can be tricky — especially with online orders.
USA
We offer one free size exchange per order for U.S. customers (same item, different size), as long as the item is in original condition.
Mexico + Canada
We offer size exchanges for Mexico / Canada orders, but return shipping costs may apply due to international shipping rates.
If you’d rather not ship it back, we can also offer store credit once your return is received and approved.
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, email us and we’ll help you pick the best fit.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll fix it fast.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
-Your order number
-A brief description
-Photos of the issue (item + packaging if possible)
We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, and we’ll cover any related shipping.
Items We Can’t Accept
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
-Items marked Final Sale
-Gift cards
-Items that are worn, washed, altered, or not in original condition
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at customersupport@zurc1.com with:
-Your order number
-The item(s) you want to return/exchange
-What you’d like: refund, store credit, or exchange
-(Optional) Reason for return — it helps us improve
We’ll reply with the next steps and instructions.
Return Shipping
USA size exchange (one per order): we provide the return label
Other U.S. returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged/defective or we sent the wrong item
Mexico returns/exchanges: shipping costs may apply unless the item is damaged/defective or incorrect
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
